Onboarding customers
Preparing your platform for go-live
Before your integration goes live, Xe will work with your team to understand your business, intended customer journey, flow of funds and proposed implementation. This helps us agree the appropriate setup and identify any commercial, product, compliance and technical requirements. You can build and test in the sandbox while the requirements for production are worked through.
Customer onboarding with Xe
Customer onboarding for Xe takes place primarily through Xe.com. The customer must register directly with Xe, complete Xe’s required verification and consent steps, and receive approval before they are ready to transact. The API can support payment workflows after onboarding, but account registration, identity checks, compliance review, and acceptance of Xe terms happen outside the API.
